Packhouse

Our packhouse in Tarleton has been designed for an efficient linear process; product is packed directly from the wash line, sealing in the freshness in less than an hour.

This allows us to maximise shelf life and optimise yields by packing product to all our customer specifications. The site current utilises robotics for product placement into trays and 30 packing machines for carrots, parsnips and chantenay and the latest camera grading technology.

We currently operate three shifts with the ability to flex shift options during busy periods such as Easter and Christmas.
