For all our new starters there is a comprehensive induction programme including a ‘Business Awareness Programme’, a series of workshops to introduce areas of the business, together with site tours exploring different parts of the production and farming facilities.

We are particularly interested to hear from people who have previous experience within the fresh produce industry or have completed a programme of study in a related subject.
